Everton Advance to League Cup Quarter-Finals Amid Off-Pitch Disruption

Everton Reach League Cup Quarter-Finals

Everton secured a place in the quarter-finals of the League Cup following a notable win, keeping alive manager David Moyes' ambitions to secure the club's first trophy in 31 years. The team advanced despite managing a depleted squad and navigating off-pitch disruptions.

Squad Challenges and Discipline

• Thierno Barry: Added the third goal of the night, marking his seventh goal of the season.
