Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit

• Eligible Applicants: Only Staff Car Drivers currently working in Central or State Governments, universities, recognized research institutes, public sector undertakings, semi-government, statutory, or autonomous organizations are eligible to apply.
• Service Requirements for Grade I: Must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, OR possess 6 years of regular service in Level 4 (₹25,500–81,100) or equivalent.
• Service Requirements for Grade II: Must hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, OR possess 9 years of regular service in Level 2 (₹19,900–63,200) or equivalent.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Selection Stage: Eligibility for both posts is subject to passing a trade test of an appropriate standard specified by the Central Government, alongside an evaluation of curriculum vitae and work experience by a Selection Committee.
