The Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM) announced contract-based recruitment for 8 temporary posts across two Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) in the Agastyamuni block of Rudraprayag district. Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit

Candidates applying for these contract roles must meet specific educational and age requirements:

• Age Limit: 18 to 42 years, calculated as of 21 October 2026.
• Business Promoter: Requires a graduation degree in any subject along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in livelihood promotion projects.
• Group Mobiliser: Requires an Intermediate (10+2) qualification along with at least 1 year of experience in self-help groups or livelihood initiatives.
• Accountant cum Data Entry Operator: Requires Intermediate or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience in accounts or computer operations.

Preference is given to local self-help group members and their immediate family members (spouse, son, or daughter) who meet all essential criteria.

Selection Process and Examination

The selection procedure includes a written examination comprising multiple-choice and subjective questions, followed by merit list preparation based on academic marks and relevant work experience. Shortlisted candidates are notified via the mobile number provided in their application forms. In case of a tie in merit scores, older candidates receive preference.
